In the golden season of October, the education leadership team from Bao'an District, Shenzhen, embarked on a remarkable international visit. This delegation comprised several key members, including Yu Baoming, Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress; Wang Xi, Director of the Education Bureau; Sun Xiangyu, Secretary of the Working Committee for Government Organs; Zhu Lixia, President of the Education Research Institute; Cai Jingxian, Principal of Xinan Middle School Group; and Lai Haiyan, Principal of Bao'an Middle School Group. Their journey took them to Germany for a series of educational visits and research activities.
In Germany, a land rich in history and culture, the Bao'an delegation first arrived at the picturesque banks of the Rhine River, home to the beautiful city of Frankfurt. Here, they held a China-Germany education exchange symposium, bringing together participants for in-depth discussions on various educational topics. The atmosphere was warm and engaging as both sides exchanged insights on educational philosophies, teaching methods, and curriculum design. These discussions not only deepened mutual understanding but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation.
During the symposium, Principal Lai Haiyan of Bao’an Middle School Group engaged in in-depth discussions with Mr. Zhao Jun, German Education and Career Planning GmbH. As leading figures in the education sector, they explored various issues in Sino-German education, exchanging insights and experiences. After a lively discussion, both parties reached a consensus on vocational education cooperation between China and Germany and decided to pursue further collaboration.
To formalize this partnership, Bao’an Middle School Group and the German Education Group officially signed the "Sino-German Education Exchange and Cooperation Agreement." This agreement marks the beginning of a deep collaboration in the field of vocational education, aiming to advance educational development and provide Chinese students with a more comprehensive and high-quality learning environment.
The signing of this agreement represents a significant step forward in the cooperation between Bao’an District’s education authorities and German educational institutions in the Sino-German education sector. According to the agreement, both sides will jointly conduct teacher training programs, student exchange initiatives, and the development and implementation of the German dual education system curriculum.
